In support of my role as chair, not only have you patiently translated M&E acronyms, but I've always been confident in the advice you've given. I know there was much going on that I wasn't seeing and hitting today's deadline with virtually everything completed - really we could be moving in tomorrow - is testament to how well that's gone and while the strong team around you is critical, you've held the ring faultlessly.
