"Charles has been involved with our RightSpace agile working programme from input into the strategy to the delivery of the accommodation projects. This programme has as expected had a number of challenges the most significant being the need to manage the interaction of the many stakeholders. In this respect Charles has always given an unbiased view and provided clarity to the issues, particularly when drawing everyone together to reach a collective agreement. All of this has been worked within our strict governance procedures which has provided the FSA with predictability and assurance of the outcomes. This programme has been made more challenging by our need to define each project separately to match the developing business needs, however it was Charles's proactive management approach that has allowed us to effectively deal with the emerging issues"
