"Some three years ago Charles was engaged to lead a benefits realisation business improvement initiative.

Since then, Charles’s team has gone on to develop in detail some of the work streams arising from the improvement initiative, the output of which has been seen as exemplary. Charles was able to bring experience from outside of our business that provided a fresh perspective and in doing so he also provided access to the wider Mott MacDonald service offering when needed.
